After the Free Trial period is over, you are charged automatically for the fees and charges set forth (by default: 38Euros for a monthly subscription).
Payments are billed on a subscription basis, each period payment being due on the first day of the said period.
You can upgrade / cancel your subscription at anytime from your account, Profile tab.
