To get applicable customs duties for your import:
1. Login to your account and open a calculation file.
2. Click on the "Get custom duties" button
3. If needed, enter the countries of origin and destination for your shipment. Then search for the applicable product category, or HS code.
You can browse through the whole list, using expand & close functions to display sub-categories
You can alternatively enter a keyword, of HS code in the search box to narrow your search
Once you've found the relevant category, click it to get the duty rate. It may happen on some categories that the rate can't be automatically returned, because of limitations in the customs data sources.
