At any time, supervisor accounts, (standard user account can’t access this page), can upgrade their subscription to the application. To upgrade, you need to go on the account management page and then click on the “upgrade my account” button.
Subscription upgrades are possible only for the following cases :
· From a trial account to any kind of subscription
· From a monthly paid subscription to a yearly paid subscription
· From a given number of users to a higher one.
